Operation

Time Synchronization

After successful Bluetooth pairing, the clock will automatically set its time and date based on your smartphone. It is designed to self-adjust for Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes if enabled in the app settings.

Setting Alarms

Alarms are primarily set and managed through the Marathon clock application. Open the app, navigate to the alarm settings, and follow the prompts to set desired alarm times, days, and tones.

  • To activate or deactivate an alarm directly on the clock, press the Alarm ON/OFF button on the rear panel.

Using the Snooze Function

When an alarm sounds, press the Snooze button on the rear panel to temporarily silence the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a preset snooze interval (typically 5-10 minutes, configurable via the app).

Display Modes

The clock's display shows the current time (12 or 24-hour format), day of the week, and date. Some models may also display indoor temperature and humidity. Display preferences can often be customized through the smartphone application.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, which may damage the display or casing.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the display dims or the clock stops functioning. Always replace all batteries at the same time with new ones of the same type. Dispose of old batteries responsibly.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage.
