Model: WPS-B

1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all safety instructions before using this product. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.

  • Indoor Use Only: This power strip is designed for indoor use in dry locations. Do not expose to water, moisture, or extreme temperatures.
  • Voltage Compatibility: This device is designed for use in 220V-250V electrical systems. It does NOT convert voltage from 110V to 220V or vice versa. Ensure your connected devices are compatible with the local voltage supply.
  • Grounding: The power strip is hard-wired with a grounded European plug. Always connect it to a properly grounded wall outlet to reduce the risk of electrical shock.
  • Overload Protection: Do not exceed the maximum electrical rating of 13 Amps, 250V, or 3250W. Overloading can cause the circuit breaker to trip or lead to fire hazards.
  • Cord Management: Do not run the power cord under carpets, rugs, or furniture. Avoid placing heavy objects on the cord.
  • Children and Pets: Keep the power strip out of reach of children and pets.
  • Disassembly: Do not attempt to open or modify the power strip. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.

  • Integrated Circuit Breaker: 13 Amp, 3250W circuit breaker for overload protection.
  • Lighted On/Off Switch: Provides visual indication of power status.
  • EMI/RFI Noise Filter: Helps reduce electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.
  • Grounded European Plug: Ensures safe connection to compatible outlets.
  • CE Certified: Meets European safety standards.

3. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the power strip from its packaging.
  2. Placement: Place the power strip on a stable, dry, and non-flammable surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure adequate ventilation.
  3. Connect to Power: Plug the power strip's grounded European plug into a compatible 220V-250V wall outlet. Ensure the wall outlet is properly grounded.
  4. Connect Devices: Plug your electronic devices into the universal outlets on the power strip. Ensure that the total power consumption of all connected devices does not exceed 3250W or 13 Amps.

4. Operation

  1. Power On: Press the lighted On/Off switch to the "On" position. The switch will illuminate, indicating that power is supplied to the outlets.
  2. Power Off: To disconnect power to all connected devices, press the lighted On/Off switch to the "Off" position. The light will turn off.
  3. Surge Protection: The power strip continuously monitors the incoming power line for surges and spikes. In the event of a significant surge, the surge protection circuitry will activate to protect your connected devices.
  4. Circuit Breaker: If the power strip is overloaded (total connected wattage exceeds 3250W or 13 Amps), the integrated circuit breaker will trip, cutting power to the outlets. To reset, unplug some devices, then press the circuit breaker reset button (if visible, otherwise cycle the main power switch).

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Disconnect the power strip from the wall outlet before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
  • Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cord and the power strip for any signs of damage, such as frayed wires or cracked casing. If damage is found, discontinue use immediately and replace the unit.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the power strip in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

6. Troubleshooting

No Power to Devices:

  • Ensure the power strip's On/Off switch is in the "On" position and illuminated.
  • Check if the power strip is securely plugged into a working wall outlet.
  • Verify that the wall outlet itself has power by testing it with another device.
  • Check if the circuit breaker on the power strip has tripped. If so, reduce the load by unplugging some devices and then reset the breaker.
  • Ensure the connected devices are properly plugged into the power strip and are switched on.

Surge Protection Indicator (if applicable, not explicitly mentioned but common):

Some surge protectors have an indicator light to show if the surge protection is active. If such a light is present and is off, it may indicate that the surge protection has been compromised and the unit should be replaced.
