4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and accessories.

- Placement: Place the bread maker on a dry, stable, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the appliance.

5. Operating Instructions

General Baking Process:
- Add Ingredients: Add liquids first, followed by dry ingredients. For yeast, create a small well in the flour and add yeast there, keeping it separate from liquids and salt initially.
- Close Lid: Securely close the lid of the bread maker.
- Select Program: Press the MENU button to cycle through the 18 available programs. The selected program number will appear on the display.
- Set Weight: Press the WEIGHT button to select the desired loaf size (e.g., 500g, 750g, 1000g).
- Set Browning Color: Press the BURNING COLOR button to choose your preferred crust darkness (light, medium, dark).
- Set Delay Timer (Optional): Use the TIME + and TIME - buttons to set a delay timer if you want the bread to be ready at a later time (up to 15 hours).
- Start Baking: Press the START/PAUSE/STOP button to begin the selected program.
- Automatic Ingredient Dispenser: For programs that include additional ingredients (like nuts or dried fruit), the automatic dispenser will open at the appropriate time to add them to the dough.
- Completion: Once the program is finished, the bread maker will beep. You can use the Keep Warm function (up to 60 minutes) if needed.
