This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and proper installation and operation of your RICOO S2544 Universal Full Motion TV Wall Mount. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning installation to ensure correct setup and to prevent damage or injury.
The RICOO S2544 wall mount is designed for televisions with screen sizes between 32 and 60 inches, supporting VESA mounting patterns from 200x200mm up to 400x400mm, and a maximum weight capacity of 45 kg (99 lbs). It offers full motion capabilities including swivel, tilt, and rotation for optimal viewing angles.
Important: Before purchasing and installing, verify the VESA mounting pattern (distance between threaded holes) and weight of your television. The mount is compatible only if your TV's VESA pattern falls within the supported range and its weight does not exceed 45 kg.
2. Safety Information

- Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 45 kg (99 lbs). Overloading can cause instability and potential failure.
- Wall Structure: Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the mount and your television. For concrete walls, use the provided concrete anchors. For wood stud walls, ensure the mount is secured into the center of the studs. Do not install on drywall alone.
- Tools: Use appropriate tools for installation. Power tools should be used with caution.
- Assembly: Assemble the product according to the instructions. Incorrect assembly may result in accidents or damage.
- Children: Keep children away from the assembly area. Small parts may be a choking hazard.
- Maintenance: Periodically check that the mount is secure and all fasteners are tight.

5. Setup and Installation
Before installation, ensure you have all necessary tools (e.g., drill, stud finder, screwdriver, level) and that the wall structure is suitable for mounting. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
5.1. Attaching Brackets to TV
- Carefully place your TV face-down on a soft, clean surface to prevent screen damage.
- Identify the VESA mounting holes on the back of your TV.
- Select the appropriate screws, washers, and spacers from the provided hardware kit that fit your TV's VESA holes.
- Attach the vertical TV brackets to the back of your TV using the selected hardware. Ensure they are securely fastened but do not overtighten.
5.2. Mounting the Wall Plate
- Determine the desired height and position for your TV on the wall.
- Use a stud finder to locate wood studs if mounting on a wood stud wall. Mark the center of the studs. If mounting on a concrete wall, mark the desired drill points.
- Hold the wall plate against the wall at the marked position and use the integrated spirit level to ensure it is perfectly horizontal. Mark the drill holes.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. For wood studs, drill appropriate size holes. For concrete walls, drill holes and insert the provided concrete anchors flush with the wall surface.
- Attach the wall plate to the wall using the wall mounting screws. Tighten all screws firmly.
5.3. Hanging the TV
- With assistance, carefully lift the TV with the attached brackets.
- Hook the TV brackets onto the wall plate. Ensure the TV is securely seated on the mount.
- Engage any safety locking mechanisms on the brackets to prevent accidental dislodging.

6. Operating and Adjustments
The RICOO S2544 mount offers various adjustments to achieve your desired viewing angle.
6.1. Swivel Adjustment
The mount allows for a swivel of up to 180 degrees (90 degrees left and 90 degrees right), depending on the width of your television and its distance from the wall. Gently push or pull the TV to the desired angle.

6.2. Tilt Adjustment
The TV can be tilted +/- 15 degrees (15 degrees up and 15 degrees down) to reduce glare or optimize viewing from different heights. Loosen the tilt adjustment knobs/screws, set the desired angle, and then re-tighten to secure the position.

6.3. Screen Rotation (Level Adjustment)
The front panel allows for a rotation of +/- 6 degrees, enabling you to fine-tune the TV's level after installation. Loosen the rotation screws, adjust the level, and then re-tighten.

6.4. Wall Distance Adjustment
The articulating arm allows the TV to be positioned at a distance of 80mm (minimum) to 500mm (maximum) from the wall. Extend or retract the arm as needed.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Periodic Checks: Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Over time, vibrations or movement can cause fasteners to loosen.
- Moving Parts: The articulating arm and joints are designed for smooth movement. If movement becomes stiff, check for any obstructions or debris. Do not apply lubricants unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer.
8. Troubleshooting
- TV is not level: Use the screen rotation adjustment (+/- 6 degrees) to fine-tune the level. Ensure all screws are tightened after adjustment.
- Difficulty moving the TV: Check if any cables are snagged or if the tilt/rotation screws are overtightened. Loosen slightly if necessary, adjust, then re-tighten.
- Mount feels unstable: Immediately remove the TV from the mount. Re-check all wall mounting screws and TV attachment screws for tightness. Ensure the wall structure is appropriate and that the mount is properly secured into studs or concrete anchors. Do not re-mount the TV until stability is confirmed.
- Missing parts: If any parts were missing upon unboxing, do not proceed with installation. Contact RICOO customer support for replacement parts.
