Operating Instructions
Preheating
- Place the oven racks in the desired positions.
- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to your desired baking temperature (up to 500°F).
- The Heating Indicator Light will illuminate, indicating the oven is preheating.
- Allow the oven to preheat for 10-15 minutes, or until the heating light turns off, indicating the set temperature has been reached.
Using the Timer
- Turn the Timer Knob clockwise to set the desired baking time (up to 120 minutes).
- The oven will begin heating once the timer is set.
- When the set time expires, the oven will automatically turn off and a bell will sound.
- To turn off the oven manually before the timer expires, turn the Timer Knob to the "OFF" position.
Baking

- Place your food on the oven racks or on half-size sheet pans directly on the racks. The oven can accommodate up to four half-size sheet pans simultaneously.
- Close the oven door securely.
