LED Indicator Lights
The four LED lights on the front of the powerstation indicate the current charge level and charging status:
- 4 Solid LEDs: 75-100% charged
- 3 Solid LEDs: 50-75% charged
- 2 Solid LEDs: 25-50% charged
- 1 Solid LED: 0-25% charged
- Flashing LEDs: Indicates active charging or low battery.
Setup
Charging the Powerstation Wireless
Before initial use, fully charge your Mophie Powerstation Wireless.
- Connect the included Micro-USB cable to the Micro-USB input port on the powerstation.
- Connect the other end of the cable (USB-A) to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The LED indicator lights will flash to show charging progress. All four LEDs will remain solid when fully charged.
Charging time may vary depending on the power source. A full charge typically takes approximately 4 hours.
Charging Your Devices
The Powerstation Wireless offers two methods for charging your devices: wireless and wired.
Operating Instructions
Wireless Charging (Qi-Enabled Devices)
To wirelessly charge a compatible device:
- Ensure the Powerstation Wireless is sufficiently charged.
- Place your Qi-enabled smartphone or device directly onto the textured top surface of the powerstation.
- Align the device centrally on the powerstation for optimal charging. The powerstation may feature magnetic alignment for mophie juice pack cases.
- Charging should begin automatically. The LED indicators on the powerstation will illuminate to confirm active charging.

Note: Wireless charging may be slower than wired charging. Remove any thick cases or metallic objects from your device that may interfere with wireless charging.
Wired Charging (USB-A Output)
To charge a device using a cable:
- Connect your device's charging cable (USB-A end) to the USB-A output port on the Powerstation Wireless.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your device.
- Charging should begin automatically. The LED indicators on the powerstation will illuminate.
The Powerstation Wireless can charge two devices simultaneously (one wirelessly, one wired).
Pass-Through Charging: When the Powerstation Wireless is connected to a power source for recharging, it can also charge a device connected to its USB-A output port. It will prioritize charging the connected device first, then recharge itself.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the surface of the powerstation. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the powerstation in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For long-term storage, it is recommended to charge the powerstation to about 50% every three months to maintain battery health.
- Avoid Damage: Do not drop, puncture, or disassemble the device. Keep away from water and high humidity.
