Setup
Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the radio.
- Slide open the battery compartment cover.
- Insert two (2) AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
Note: For optimal performance, use fresh alkaline batteries.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and Volume Control
- To power on the radio, slide the AM/FM/OFF switch to either AM or FM.
- Adjust the volume by rotating the VOLUME dial located on the side of the unit.
- To power off, slide the AM/FM/OFF switch to OFF.
Tuning to a Station
- Select your desired band (AM or FM) using the AM/FM/OFF switch.
- Extend the telescopic antenna for FM reception. For AM reception, rotate the unit horizontally for optimal signal.
- Slowly rotate the TUNING dial until you hear a clear broadcast. The tuning indicator light will illuminate when a strong signal is received.
Using Headphones
- Plug any standard 3.5mm headphones (not included) into the HEADPHONE JACK located on the side of the radio.
- The built-in speaker will automatically mute when headphones are connected.

Maintenance
- Clean the radio with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting
- No Sound: Ensure the radio is powered on and volume is turned up. Check battery installation and replace if necessary.
- Poor Reception: Extend the telescopic antenna fully for FM. For AM, try rotating the radio for better signal. Move away from electronic devices that may cause interference.
- Static: Adjust the tuning dial slightly to fine-tune the station. Try repositioning the antenna or the radio itself.
