Introduction

Setup Instructions

1. Unpack the Humidifier: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Place on a Flat Surface: Position the humidifier on a firm, flat, water-resistant surface at least 6 inches away from walls and furniture.
3. Remove Water Tank: Lift the water tank from the base.
4. Fill Water Tank: Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the water tank. Fill the tank with purified or distilled water up to the "MAX" line. Avoid overfilling.
5. Replace Cap and Tank: Securely screw the cap back onto the tank. Place the filled water tank back onto the base, ensuring the alignment dots on the tank and base match.
6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off and Mist Level:

   Press the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) to turn the unit on. Continue pressing the power button to cycle through mist output levels (Low, Medium, High). Press again to turn off.

2. LED Night Light:

   Press the light button (usually indicated by a light bulb symbol) to activate the seven-color LED night light. Press repeatedly to cycle through individual colors or to set it to a specific color. Hold the button for 2 seconds to turn the light off while the humidifier continues to operate.

3. Timer Function:

   Press the timer button (usually indicated by a clock symbol) to set an automatic shut-off timer. The timer can typically be set for 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 hours. The unit will automatically turn off once the selected time has elapsed or if the water tank becomes empty.
4. Essential Oil Tray:

   Locate the essential oil tray on the side of the humidifier base. Gently pull out the tray. Add a few drops of your preferred essential oil or water-based aroma oil onto the pad inside the tray. Slide the tray back into place. Do not add essential oils directly into the water tank or base, as this can damage the unit.

Understanding Ultrasonic Humidifiers:

Ultrasonic humidifiers use high-frequency sound vibrations to produce a fine mist that is then dispersed into the air. This process is quiet and efficient. It is important to use purified or distilled water to minimize mineral dust (white dust) accumulation in your room and on the unit.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning is crucial for optimal performance and hygiene. It is recommended to clean the humidifier every 2-3 weeks, especially if used regularly.

1. Daily Maintenance:
   • Empty and rinse the water tank and base with fresh water.
   • Allow all parts to air dry before refilling.
2. Weekly Cleaning:
   • Unplug the unit.
   • Remove the water tank and empty any remaining water.
   • Fill the base with 1 cup of white vinegar and let it soak for 20 minutes to loosen mineral buildup.
   • Use a soft brush or cloth to clean the inside of the tank and the nebulizer in the base.
   • Rinse all components thoroughly with clean water until the vinegar smell is gone.
   • Allow all parts to air dry completely before reassembly.
3. Demineralization Cartridge Replacement:

   The demineralization cartridge helps reduce mineral dust. Replace the cartridge every 6 months or more frequently depending on water hardness and usage. Refer to the specific instructions provided with your replacement cartridge.

4. Essential Oil Pad Replacement:

   If using essential oils, replace the essential oil pad in the aroma tray every 6 months or when the scent is no longer noticeable. Extra pads are typically included with the unit or can be purchased separately.

Troubleshooting

• No Mist Output:
  • Ensure the unit is plugged in and powered on.
  • Check if the water tank is properly seated on the base and filled with water.
  • Verify that the nebulizer in the base is clean and free of mineral buildup.
• White Dust Accumulation:
  • This is common with hard water. Use distilled or purified water.
  • Ensure the demineralization cartridge is installed and replaced regularly.
• Unusual Odor:
  • Clean the unit thoroughly as per weekly maintenance instructions.
  • Ensure fresh water is used daily.
