4. Setup

4. Press the 'TIME' button to select your desired treatment duration (10, 20, or 30 minutes).
5. Press the 'LEVEL' button to select the energy intensity (Level 1, 2, or 3). Start with Level 1 for your first few sessions, especially if you have sensitive skin, and gradually increase as comfortable.
6. Place the probe on the skin with full contact. Move the probe slowly in circular motions over the treatment area. For facial areas, move upwards to lift the skin.
7. Reapply gel as needed during the treatment to maintain conductivity and prevent discomfort.
