5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Wipe the keyboard surface with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water and a mild soap solution, then wipe dry immediately. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or waxes, as these can damage the finish.

5.2 Storage

When not in use, store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and high humidity. If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

5.3 Battery Care

Always use the recommended type of batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries. Remove depleted batteries promptly to prevent leakage and corrosion. Dispose of batteries according to local regulations.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Power

  • Check if batteries are correctly inserted and not depleted. Replace if necessary.
  • If using an AC adapter, ensure it is properly connected to both the keyboard and a working power outlet.

6.2 No Sound

  • Ensure the volume is turned up.
  • If headphones are connected, disconnect them to check if sound plays through the internal speakers.
  • Verify that a voice is selected and not set to a silent patch.
