2. Safety Precautions

4. Setup

2. Connect Power: Connect the provided AC power cord to the charger's input port and then plug it into a standard wall outlet (AC 100-240V). Alternatively, you can use a DC 12V 2.5A power source.

5. Operating Instructions

The Nitecore SC2 charger is designed for intuitive operation:

1. Insert Batteries: Insert one or two compatible rechargeable batteries into the charging slots. Ensure correct polarity (+/-) as indicated on the charger. The charger will automatically detect the battery type and begin charging.
2. Monitor Charging Progress: The digital display will show real-time charging status, including battery type, voltage, charging current, and charging time. Each slot operates independently.
3. Select Charging Speed (Optional): The SC2 offers selectable charging speeds up to 3A. Refer to the charger's interface for options to adjust the charging current if desired.
4. USB Output Function: The integrated USB port (5V 2.1A) allows you to charge external USB devices simultaneously while charging batteries. Connect your USB device using a compatible cable.
5. Li-ion Battery Restoration: If a Li-ion battery is over-discharged, the SC2 may attempt to restore it. If restoration is successful, the charger will proceed with normal charging.
6. Charging Completion: The charger will automatically stop charging when the batteries are fully charged. The display will indicate completion. Remove the batteries once charging is complete.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Nitecore SC2 charger:

• Cleaning: Disconnect the charger from the power source before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface of the charger. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
