Package Contents
Before assembly, verify that all components listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, do not proceed with assembly. Contact customer support for assistance.
- TV Stand Components (Glass shelves, metal legs, feet)
- Assembly Hardware (Screws, washers, tools if included)
- Instruction Manual (This document)
Setup and Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two people. Lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Refer to the parts list (not provided in detail here, but typically included with hardware) to identify each piece.
- Attach Feet to Bottom Legs: Secure the adjustable feet to the bottom of the longest metal legs. Ensure they are tightened but allow for minor adjustments later.
- Assemble the Bottom Shelf: Place the bottom glass shelf onto the assembled bottom legs. Secure it using the provided screws and washers. Do not overtighten.
- Attach Middle Legs: Connect the middle set of metal legs to the bottom glass shelf. Ensure they are aligned correctly with the pre-drilled holes.
- Assemble the Middle Shelf: Carefully lower the middle glass shelf onto the middle legs and secure it with screws.
- Attach Top Legs: Connect the shortest set of metal legs to the middle glass shelf.
- Assemble the Top Shelf: Place the top glass shelf onto the top legs and secure it.
- Final Tightening: Once all shelves and legs are in place, gently tighten all screws. Do not overtighten, as this can crack the glass.
- Positioning: Carefully move the assembled stand to its desired location. Adjust the feet if necessary to ensure the stand is level and stable.

Operating Instructions
Once assembled and placed, the AVF SDC1250-A TV stand is ready for use.
- Placing Your Television: Carefully place your flat panel TV on the top shelf. Ensure the TV's base fits within the dimensions of the top shelf (49.21" W x 17.72" D). For TVs with wide-spread feet, measure your TV's base to confirm compatibility.
- Placing A/V Components: Use the middle and bottom shelves for your audio/video equipment such as digital receivers, DVRs, Blu-ray players, gaming consoles, and speakers. Distribute weight evenly and do not exceed the 44 lbs (20 kg) capacity per shelf.
- Cable Management: While this model does not include integrated cable management, cables can be neatly routed behind the stand and secured with cable ties (not included) to maintain a tidy appearance and prevent tripping hazards.

Maintenance and Care
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your TV stand, follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning Glass Surfaces: Use a soft, lint-free cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the glass.
- Cleaning Metal Components: Wipe metal legs with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by drying thoroughly.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
- Avoid Overloading: Adhere to the specified weight limits for each shelf to prevent damage or instability.
- Protect from Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may affect the finish over time.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your TV stand, consider the following common solutions:
- Stand is Wobbly: Ensure the stand is on a level surface. Adjust the feet on the bottom legs to compensate for uneven flooring. Check that all assembly screws are securely tightened.
- Parts Not Fitting: Double-check the assembly steps and diagrams. Ensure you are using the correct parts for each step. Sometimes, parts may appear similar but have subtle differences. Do not force parts together.
- Scratched Glass: Minor scratches may be reduced with specialized glass scratch repair kits (not supplied). For significant damage, contact customer support for replacement options.
- Missing Hardware: Refer to the package contents list. If hardware is missing, contact customer support for replacement parts.
