- Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
- Place the heating base on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface.
- Carefully place the clean stainless steel pot onto the heating base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
Operating Instructions
Follow these instructions to use your AROMA Hot Pot:
1. Preparing for Cooking
- Ensure the hot pot is properly assembled on its heating base.
- Fill the dual compartments with your desired broths or liquids. Do not overfill; leave adequate space for ingredients.
- Prepare your ingredients (meats, vegetables, noodles, etc.) and have them ready for cooking.
2. Powering On and Temperature Control

- Insert the detachable power cord into the hot pot's receptacle, then plug the other end into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Turn the adjustable temperature dial to your desired heat setting (Low, Mid, or High). The indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow the broth to heat up. The 1500-watt heating element ensures rapid heating.
3. Cooking with Dual Compartments

- Once the broth is simmering or boiling, add your ingredients to the respective compartments.
- Use the tempered glass lid to cover the pot, trapping heat and steam for efficient cooking.
- Cook ingredients to your preference. The cool-touch handles allow for safe serving directly at the table.

5. After Use
- Turn the temperature dial to “OFF” and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Cleaning and Maintenance

- Removable Pot: The stainless steel pot can be lifted out of the heating base for easy cleaning. It is dishwasher safe.
