Introduction

Initial Setup

Before using your AROMA Hot Pot for the first time, please follow these steps:

1. Unpack all components and remove any packaging materials.
2. Wash the stainless steel pot and tempered glass lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
3. Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the heating base in water.
4. Place the heating base on a dry, level, heat-resistant surface.
5. Carefully place the clean stainless steel pot onto the heating base, ensuring it is seated correctly.

Operating Instructions

Follow these instructions to use your AROMA Hot Pot:

1. Preparing for Cooking

1. Ensure the hot pot is properly assembled on its heating base.
2. Fill the dual compartments with your desired broths or liquids. Do not overfill; leave adequate space for ingredients.
3. Prepare your ingredients (meats, vegetables, noodles, etc.) and have them ready for cooking.

2. Powering On and Temperature Control

4. Insert the detachable power cord into the hot pot's receptacle, then plug the other end into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
5. Turn the adjustable temperature dial to your desired heat setting (Low, Mid, or High). The indicator light will illuminate.
6. Allow the broth to heat up. The 1500-watt heating element ensures rapid heating.

7. Once the broth is simmering or boiling, add your ingredients to the respective compartments.
8. Use the tempered glass lid to cover the pot, trapping heat and steam for efficient cooking.
9. Cook ingredients to your preference. The cool-touch handles allow for safe serving directly at the table.

5. After Use

10. Turn the temperature dial to “OFF” and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
11. Allow the hot pot to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your AROMA Hot Pot.

• Removable Pot: The stainless steel pot can be lifted out of the heating base for easy cleaning. It is dishwasher safe.
• Tempered Glass Lid: The lid is also dishwasher safe.
• Heating Base: Wipe the heating base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse it in water or any other liquid. Ensure it is completely dry before storing or next use.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on any part of the hot pot, as this may damage the surfaces.
