- Distribute Initial Money: Each player receives the following starting money:
- Two $500 bills

- Five $5 bills

- Select Tokens: Each player chooses one of the 6 custom 8-bit styled tokens and places it on the "GO" space.
- Banker Manages Properties: The Banker shuffles the Property Deed cards and deals two to each player. Players immediately pay the bank the listed price for these properties. The remaining Property Deed cards are kept by the Banker, available for purchase during gameplay.

Operating (How to Play)
The objective of the game is to be the last player remaining with money and properties, driving other players into bankruptcy. Gameplay follows standard Monopoly rules with unique Super Mario Bros. elements.
Game Flow:
- Determine Play Order: Each player rolls both dice. The player with the highest total goes first. Play proceeds clockwise.
- Player's Turn: On your turn, roll both dice and move your token clockwise around the board the number of spaces indicated.
- Landing on a Space:
- Unowned Property: You may buy the property from the bank for the price listed on the space. If you decline, the Banker immediately auctions it to the highest bidder.
- Owned Property: Pay rent to the owner according to the Property Deed card. Rent increases with Castles and Flagpoles.
- Goal Space: Draw the top Goal card and follow its instructions.
- "GO" Space: Collect $200 as you pass or land on "GO".
- Other Spaces: Follow instructions on spaces like "Just Visiting," "Free Parking," "Go to Jail," and "Warp Pipe."
- Doubles: If you roll doubles, take your turn, then roll again. Three consecutive doubles send you to Jail.
- Building Castles and Flagpoles: Once you own all properties in a color group, you can build Castles (houses) and then Flagpoles (hotels) on them. Build evenly across the properties in the group.
- Selling Properties/Mortgaging: You can sell properties or mortgage them to the bank to raise money.
- Bankruptcy: If you owe more money than you can pay, you are bankrupt and out of the game. Your properties are turned over to the player you owe, or to the bank if you owe the bank.
