Maintenance
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan and preserve the appearance of your hammock.
- Cleaning: The hammock fabric is hand wash only. To clean, simply scrub with a soft brush, mild detergent, and water. Rinse thoroughly with a hose and allow it to air dry completely. The quick-dry, moisture-wicking fabric dries rapidly after rain or morning dew.
- Storage: To prevent fading from sun exposure and general wear, always store the hammock and stand indoors or under protective cover when not in use, especially during inclement weather or throughout the winter months.
- UV Resistance: The dye-treated polyester fabric is UV-resistant to help prevent fading from sun exposure.

Troubleshooting
This section addresses common concerns. For issues not listed, please contact customer support.
- Hammock Sags Too Low: Ensure the chains are adjusted to the appropriate length. The universal stand is adjustable to fit hammocks between 9.5 and 14 feet long. Adjust the chain length to achieve the desired height and tension.
- Stand Instability: Verify that all stand components are fully connected and secured with the spring-snap buttons. Ensure the stand is placed on a flat, level surface.
- Fading Fabric: While the fabric is UV-resistant, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can still cause some fading over time. Store the hammock indoors or under cover when not in use to minimize this.
