Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Frozen Concoction Maker, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit does not turn on. | Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; unit not assembled correctly. | Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the blending jar and ice reservoir are correctly seated. |
| Ice is not shaving. | Ice reservoir not properly seated; ice cubes are too large or frozen together; shaving blade obstructed. | Ensure the ice reservoir is correctly locked in place. Use standard-sized ice cubes. Check for any obstructions around the shaving blade (unplug first). |
| Ingredients are not blending smoothly. | Too much ice or too little liquid; ingredients are too thick. | Adjust the ratio of ice to liquid. Add more liquid if the mixture is too thick. Ensure the "Blend Only" or "Shave & Blend" mode is selected. |
