1. Setup and Installation
1.1 Unpacking and Transit Bolt Removal
Before operating the machine, remove all transit bolts located at the rear of the appliance. These bolts secure the drum during transportation and must be removed to prevent damage during operation. Keep the bolts for future transport if needed.
1.2 Leveling the Appliance
Place the machine on a firm, level surface. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the appliance until it is stable and does not rock. Proper leveling reduces vibration and noise during operation.
1.3 Water Connection
Connect the water inlet hose to a cold water tap with a 3/4-inch thread. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks. Position the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is securely fastened and not kinked.
1.4 Electrical Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage and frequency match the specifications listed on the appliance's rating label.

If you encounter issues with your appliance, refer to the following common problems and solutions before contacting customer service.
- Machine does not start: Ensure the power cord is plugged in, the door is closed properly, and the Start/Pause button has been pressed. Check if the water supply is turned on.
- No water filling: Check if the water tap is open and the inlet hose is not kinked. Ensure the water pressure is adequate.
- Water leakage: Verify that the inlet and drain hoses are securely connected and not damaged. Check the pump filter for proper sealing.
- Excessive vibration/noise: Ensure the machine is level and all transit bolts have been removed. Distribute laundry evenly inside the drum.
- Poor washing/drying results: Do not overload the machine. Use the correct amount of detergent for the load and water hardness. Select the appropriate program for the fabric type.
