Setup Guide
- Unpack and Position: Carefully remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface near a window.
- Install Window Kit: Assemble the adjustable window panel. Insert the panel into your window opening (compatible with vertical or horizontal slider windows). Extend the panel to fit snugly and secure it.
- Connect Exhaust Hose: Attach one end of the exhaust hose to the adapter on the back of the AC unit. Attach the other end of the hose to the window kit adapter. Ensure both connections are secure to prevent air leakage.
- Attach Insulated Hose Cover: For enhanced efficiency and to reduce heat transfer from the exhaust hose back into the room, wrap the provided insulated cover around the exhaust hose.
- Connect Drain Hose (Optional for Continuous Drainage): In high humidity environments or when using Dehumidifier mode, continuous drainage is recommended. Connect the drain hose to the high drainage point at the back of the unit and direct it to a suitable drain or bucket.
- Open Air Vents: Manually open the front air vents on the unit to allow for proper airflow.
- Power On: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

The adjustable window kit allows for easy installation in various window types, ensuring a secure fit.

Adjusting Airflow

The unit features a touch panel with child lock, removable/washable filters, and auto-dry mode with 3-minute delay protection for the compressor.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your unit.
- Filter Cleaning: The unit is equipped with removable and washable double-layer filters. Clean them regularly (e.g., every 2 weeks or as needed) to maintain air quality and cooling efficiency.
- Water Drainage: When the internal water tank is full (indicated by a warning on the display), the unit will stop operating. Drain the water by removing the drain plug and allowing water to flow out. For continuous drainage, ensure the drain hose is properly connected.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to the following common solutions:
- Unit Not Cooling: Ensure the unit is in 'Cool' mode, the desired temperature is set lower than the room temperature, and the air vents are fully open. Check if the water tank is full and needs draining.
- Ineffective Cooling: Verify that the exhaust hose is properly installed and sealed to the window kit, preventing hot air from re-entering the room. Close blinds or curtains to reduce direct sunlight, which can significantly impact cooling performance.
- Unit Not Turning On: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded outlet. Ensure the child lock is not activated.
- Unexpected Mode Behavior: Double-check the selected mode. For example, 'Dry' mode (dehumidifier) will not actively cool the room.
