1. Product Overview

2. Safety Information

Always read the product label before use. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not empty into drains.

3. Preparation

1. Surface Condition: Ensure all surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, free of grease, and dust.
2. Temperature: Apply at room temperature (ideally between +5°C and +30°C).
3. Tools: Have a fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm) or a brush ready for application, along with clamps or presses.

4. Application

1. Apply Glue: Apply a thin, even layer of Bison Express Wood Glue to one or both surfaces to be bonded. Use a fine-toothed glue comb (1 mm) or a brush for even distribution.
2. Open Time: Allow the glue to penetrate for a few minutes.
3. Assemble: Join the two parts within 8 minutes of applying the glue.
4. Press/Clamp: Immediately clamp or press the assembled parts together for a minimum of 60 minutes. The recommended pressure is 2-5 kg/cm².

5. Drying and Curing

• Clamping Time: Minimum 60 minutes under pressure.
• Initial Strength: Achieved quickly, allowing for further processing.
• Full Cure: The glue reaches its full strength and moisture resistance after approximately 24 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, and material porosity.
• Transparency: The glue will dry transparent.

6. Cleaning and Storage

• Wet Glue: Remove wet glue residues immediately with water.
• Dried Glue: Dried glue residues are very difficult to remove. Mechanical removal may be necessary.
• Storage: Store the product in a cool, dry, and frost-free place. Ensure the cap is tightly closed.
• Shelf Life: Refer to the product packaging for specific shelf life information.

• Poor Adhesion:
  • Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of contaminants (grease, dust).
  • Verify sufficient clamping pressure and duration.
  • Check ambient temperature; very low temperatures can affect curing.
• Slow Drying:
  • High humidity or low temperatures can extend drying times.
  • Excessive glue application can also prolong drying.
• Visible Glue Line:
  • While the glue dries transparent, excessive squeeze-out or uneven application can still be visible. Clean excess glue immediately.
