2. Safety Information

  4. Install Fat Pan: Place the removable fat pan into the main burner unit. This pan collects grease and also acts as a wind deflector.

4. Operating Instructions

Lighting the Grill:

  1. Ensure the gas control knob on the grill is in the "OFF" position.

  3. Press and turn the gas control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position.
  4. Immediately press the blue piezo ignition button. You should hear a click and see the burner ignite. If it doesn't ignite after a few attempts, turn the gas off, wait 5 minutes, and try again.
  5. Once lit, adjust the flame intensity using the gas control knob.
