Cleaning

Wipe the safe exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.

Key Storage

Always store the emergency override keys in a secure location away from the safe. Do not store them inside the safe.

Troubleshooting

  • Keypad Not Responding: Ensure batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. If the issue persists, check for any loose internal connections, such as a ribbon cable, by carefully inspecting the inside of the door (refer to the "Battery Installation" section for access).
  • Safe Will Not Open with Code: Verify that the correct code is being entered. Ensure the "#" button is pressed after the code, and the knob is turned within 5 seconds. If batteries are low, use the emergency key.
  • Emergency Key Not Working: Ensure the key is fully inserted and turned counter-clockwise while simultaneously turning the knob clockwise.
  • Annoying Beeper Sound: The safe's electronic keypad emits beeps. There is no user-adjustable volume control. Please note that unauthorized modifications to the internal speaker are not officially supported and may void the product warranty.
