Setup

1. Battery Installation: Open the battery compartment and insert one CR2032 battery, observing polarity.

Operating Instructions

Starting a Recording Session

• Connect the logger to the LTI-USB Docking Station.
• Use the LogTag Analyzer software to initiate a new recording session.
• Alternatively, if configured for button-start, press and hold the 'START CLEAR STOP' button until the 'REC' indicator appears on the display.

Understanding the Display

• The display shows the current temperature, time, recording status (REC), and battery status.
• A checkmark (✓) indicates normal operation. An 'X' (✗) indicates an alarm condition.
• Day markers appear for days with temperature excursions.

Reviewing Marks

• Press the 'REVIEW MARK' button to cycle through recorded inspection marks or alarm events.

Clearing Alarms

• If an alarm is triggered (indicated by 'X' and audible alert), press the 'START CLEAR STOP' button to silence the audible alarm and clear the alarm status indicator. The day marker will remain to indicate an excursion occurred.

Stopping a Recording Session

• Connect the logger to the LTI-USB Docking Station.
• Use the LogTag Analyzer software to stop the recording.
• Alternatively, if configured for button-stop, press and hold the 'START CLEAR STOP' button until the 'REC' indicator disappears.

Data Download

• Connect the logger to the LTI-USB Docking Station.
• Open LogTag Analyzer software and follow the prompts to download the recorded temperature data for analysis and reporting.

Maintenance

Battery Replacement

When the battery status indicator shows low power, replace the CR2032 battery. Ensure the device is not actively recording before replacement.

Cleaning

Calibration
