Mounting the Scope

The CVLIFE 4x32 Compact Rifle Scope comes with 20mm scope mounts designed for standard 20mm (0.78 inches) rails. Ensure your firearm has a compatible rail system before proceeding.

  1. Attach the two 20mm scope mounts to your firearm's rail, ensuring they are securely fastened using the provided Allen wrench.
  2. Place the scope into the mounts, ensuring proper eye relief. The recommended eye relief for this scope is 3.3 inches (83.82mm).
  3. Tighten the mount rings evenly to secure the scope without over-tightening, which can damage the scope tube.

Operating the Scope

Magnification

This is a fixed 4x magnification scope, providing a consistent 4x zoom for your target. This fixed magnification simplifies operation by eliminating the need for zoom adjustments.

Windage and Elevation Adjustment

The scope features finger-adjustable windage and elevation turrets. Each click adjusts the point of impact by 1/4 MOA (Minute of Angle) at 100 yards. Remove the protective caps to access the turrets.

  • Elevation Adjustment: Turn the top turret to adjust the vertical point of impact.
  • Windage Adjustment: Turn the side turret to adjust the horizontal point of impact.

Reticle

The scope features a Mil-dot (MOA) reticle, also described as a Standard Crosshair. This reticle assists in range estimation and holdover adjustments.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Lenses

Use the provided clean cloth or a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical lenses. Gently wipe the lenses to remove dust and smudges. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the lens coatings.

Durability and Protection

The scope is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy with a one-piece tube for durability. It is inert gas purged, making it fog-proof, shock-proof, and water-resistant, suitable for various weather conditions. Always use the lens covers when the scope is not in use to protect the lenses from scratches and debris.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your CVLIFE 4x32 Compact Rifle Scope, please review the following common problems and solutions:

  • Unclear Image/Reticle: Adjust the diopter ring at the eyepiece until the reticle is sharp. Ensure the objective lens is clean.
  • Inaccurate Point of Impact: Verify that the scope mounts are securely tightened. Re-zero the scope using the windage and elevation turrets.
  • Fogging: While the scope is fog-proof, extreme temperature changes can sometimes cause temporary external condensation. Allow the scope to acclimate to the environment. If internal fogging occurs, contact customer support.

For persistent issues, please refer to the Warranty & Support section for contact information.
