The RICOO TS3611 offers various adjustment options for optimal viewing comfort:

Figure 7: Adjustment capabilities of the monitor mount.
- Height Adjustment: Loosen the clamp on the main pole to slide the monitor arm up or down to your desired height. Retighten the clamp securely.
- Tilt Adjustment: The monitor plates can be tilted +/- 15 degrees to reduce glare and optimize viewing angles. Adjust the screws on the VESA plate to set the tilt.
- Swivel Adjustment: Each monitor can be swiveled +/- 30 degrees horizontally.
- Rotation: The monitor plates can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing for landscape or portrait orientation.
5.1. Ergonomic Setup
Proper ergonomic setup is crucial for comfort and health. Adjust your monitors so that the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level when you are sitting upright. Ensure your arms are relaxed and your wrists are straight when typing.

6. Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and proper functioning of your monitor mount:
- Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight.
- Clean the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Do not apply excessive force when adjusting the mount.
7. Troubleshooting
- Monitors are not level: Ensure the horizontal bar is perfectly level before mounting. Fine-tune individual monitor tilt and rotation to compensate for minor discrepancies.
- Monitors wobble: Check that the desk clamp is securely tightened to the desk. Also, ensure all screws connecting the monitor arm to the pole and the VESA plates to the monitors are firm.
- Difficulty adjusting tilt: The tilt mechanism might be stiff. Ensure the adjustment screws are slightly loosened before attempting to tilt, then retighten once the desired angle is achieved.
- Monitors are not at the same height: While the main bar provides a common height, individual VESA plates can be slightly adjusted. Ensure monitors are fully seated on the VESA mounts and all screws are tightened evenly.
