Assembly Instructions
The WENKO Telescopic Atlas Shoe Rack is designed for easy assembly without the need for additional tools. Follow these steps for a secure installation:
- Prepare the Poles: Connect the telescopic metal poles to achieve the desired height. The poles are adjustable to fit ceiling heights between approximately 39.37 inches (100 cm) and 118.11 inches (300 cm).
- Attach Tension Caps: Securely attach the top and bottom tension caps to the ends of the assembled poles. These caps provide stability and protect your floor and ceiling surfaces.
- Position the Rack: Place the assembled pole vertically in your desired location, ensuring it is aligned between the floor and ceiling.
- Tension the Pole: Extend the telescopic pole by twisting or pulling the sections until it creates firm tension between the floor and ceiling. Ensure it is stable and does not wobble.
- Attach Shoe Holders: Once the main pole is secure, attach the plastic shoe holders to the pole at your preferred heights. The holders can be moved up and down to accommodate different shoe sizes and types. Each holder is designed to securely grip a pair of shoes.

Operating Instructions
Using your WENKO Telescopic Atlas Shoe Rack is straightforward:
- Placing Shoes: Gently slide the heel of your shoe into the opening of a shoe holder. The design allows shoes to hang vertically, maximizing space.
- Adjusting Holders: To adjust the height of a shoe holder, simply slide it up or down the main pole. This flexibility allows you to customize the rack for different types of footwear, from flats to boots.
- Capacity: The rack can hold up to 42 pairs of shoes, depending on their size and how they are arranged.

Maintenance
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your shoe rack:
- Cleaning: Wipe down the metal poles and plastic components with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check the tension of the pole to ensure it remains securely fixed between the floor and ceiling. Re-tension if necessary.
- Dusting: Dust the rack regularly to prevent buildup.
Troubleshooting
- Rack is unstable: Ensure the telescopic pole is fully extended and properly tensioned between the floor and ceiling. Check that the top and bottom caps are firmly pressed against the surfaces.
- Shoes do not fit: Adjust the height of the individual shoe holders to accommodate taller shoes or boots. The holders can be spaced further apart as needed.
- Difficulty attaching shoe holders: Ensure the plastic clips are aligned correctly with the pole. Apply firm, even pressure to snap them into place.
