Important Safety Information
Please read all instructions carefully before using your slow cooker. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious personal injury.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
- To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse the base unit in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
- Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "OFF", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as adding refrigerated foods to a heated pot.
Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the removable stoneware and glass lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The exterior of the base unit can be wiped with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water.
- Placement: Place the base unit on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface away from walls and curtains. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Assemble: Place the clean, dry stoneware into the heating base.

Operating Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients into the removable stoneware pot.
- Cover: Place the glass lid on the stoneware pot.
- Plug In: Plug the power cord into a 220V electrical outlet.
- Select Setting: Use the manual control dial to select your desired cooking setting:
- LOW: For gentle, long cooking times.
- HIGH: For faster cooking.
- WARM: To keep cooked food at a serving temperature. Do not use the WARM setting for cooking.
- OFF: To turn off the appliance.
- Cook: Allow the slow cooker to cook for the recommended time for your recipe.
- Serve: Once cooking is complete, turn the dial to OFF and unplug the unit. Carefully remove the lid and serve your meal.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning the Stoneware and Lid: The removable stoneware and glass lid are dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand with warm, soapy water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that may scratch the surface.
- Cleaning the Base Unit: Wipe the exterior of the heating base with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the base unit in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the slow cooker with the lid inverted on the stoneware to prevent odors.
