This incubator is designed for small-scale incubation of various poultry eggs, such as chicken and duck eggs, and can also be used for reptile eggs. It features automatic temperature control and an automatic egg turning system to ensure optimal hatching conditions.

Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use to ensure proper setup and operation, and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Instructions

  • Ensure the incubator is placed on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, drafts, or extreme temperature fluctuations.
  • Do not immerse the incubator or its electrical components in water or any other liquid.
  • Always unplug the incubator from the power outlet before cleaning or performing any maintenance.
  • Keep the incubator out of reach of children and pets.
  • Use only the provided power adapter.
  • Do not block the ventilation openings.
  • If any damage is observed, discontinue use and contact customer support.

4. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Assemble: Place the egg turning mechanism into the transparent base. Ensure it sits securely.
  3. Add Water: Fill the water trough at the bottom of the transparent base with distilled water. Do not overfill. This provides humidity for incubation.
  4. Place Eggs: Carefully place up to 8 fertilized eggs into the designated slots on the egg turning mechanism. Ensure they are positioned correctly.
  5. Close Cover: Place the top cover onto the transparent base, ensuring it is properly aligned and sealed.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the incubator's power input, then plug the adapter into a suitable electrical outlet.
  7. Pre-heat: Allow the incubator to pre-heat for at least 2-3 hours before placing eggs inside to stabilize the temperature.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

  • LED Display: Shows the current temperature inside the incubator.
  • "Work" Indicator (Red LED): Illuminates when the heating element is active.
  • "Set" Indicator (Green LED): Illuminates when in temperature setting mode.
  • "Set" Button: Press to enter temperature setting mode.
  • "+" Button: Increases the set temperature.
  • "-" Button: Decreases the set temperature.

5.2 Setting Temperature

  1. Press the "Set" button once. The "Set" indicator will light up, and the temperature display will flash, showing the current set temperature.
  2. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the desired incubation temperature (range: 25°C to 39.5°C).
  3. Press the "Set" button again to confirm the new temperature. The display will stop flashing and return to showing the current internal temperature.

Recommended incubation temperatures vary by species. Consult specific guidelines for the type of eggs you are incubating.

5.3 Automatic Egg Turning

The incubator features an automatic egg turning system that gently rotates the eggs at regular intervals. This simulates natural brooding behavior and prevents the embryo from sticking to the shell.

  • The egg turning mechanism operates automatically once the incubator is powered on.
  • Important: Approximately 3-4 days before the expected hatch date, the automatic egg turning function should be disabled. This allows the chicks to position themselves for hatching. To disable, simply remove the egg turning mechanism from the incubator or unplug its connection if accessible (refer to specific model instructions if a separate plug exists, otherwise remove the tray).

5.4 Humidity Management

Maintaining proper humidity is crucial for successful hatching.

  • Regularly check the water level in the water trough at the bottom of the incubator.
  • Refill with distilled water as needed. Avoid using tap water, as mineral deposits can affect performance.
  • Humidity requirements vary during different stages of incubation and for different species. Adjust water levels accordingly.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  1. Cleaning: After each incubation cycle, unplug the incubator and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Remove the egg turning mechanism and the transparent base.
  3. Wipe all surfaces with a damp cloth and a mild disinfectant solution. Ensure all parts are thoroughly dry before reassembly or storage.
  4. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the plastic.
  5. Storage: Store the incubator in a clean, dry place when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting
