  2. Electrical Connection: Connect the mixer to a dedicated 208-240V/60Hz/3-phase electrical outlet. Verify that the circuit can handle 10 amps. Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about your electrical supply.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, thoroughly clean the stainless steel bowl and all attachments (whip, hook, beater) with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry completely. The bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe.
  4. Bowl Installation: Lower the bowl lift handle. Place the 60-quart stainless steel bowl onto the bowl pins and rotate slightly to secure. Raise the bowl lift handle to lock the bowl into the mixing position.
  5. Attachment Installation: Select the appropriate attachment for your task. Align the attachment shaft with the planetary shaft and push upwards, then rotate to lock it into place. Ensure it is securely fastened before operation.

5. Operating Instructions

The Eurodib M60A 220ETL mixer features a gear-driven system with 3 adjustable speeds for optimal mixing performance.

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place all ingredients into the mixing bowl. Ensure the total weight of ingredients does not exceed the maximum kneading capacity of 44 lbs/hr.
  2. Secure Bowl Guard: Close and secure the bowl guard before starting the mixer. The mixer will not operate if the guard is open.
  3. Select Speed: Use the speed control knob to select the desired mixing speed (Low, Medium, High). Start at a lower speed and gradually increase as needed to prevent splashing and ensure thorough mixing.
  4. Start Mixer: Press the 'ON' button to begin mixing. The planetary mixing action ensures consistent and thorough results.
  5. Monitor Mixing: Observe the mixing process. If necessary, stop the mixer, lower the bowl, and scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Always turn off the mixer before reaching into the bowl.
  6. Stop Mixer: Press the 'OFF' button to stop the mixer.
  7. Remove Bowl and Attachment: Lower the bowl lift handle. Remove the attachment by rotating and pulling it down. Then, remove the mixing bowl.

Recommended Attachments for Tasks:

  • Wire Whip: Ideal for whipping cream, egg whites, and light batters.
  • Dough Hook: Best for kneading heavy doughs for bread, pizza, and pastries.
  • Flat Beater: Suitable for general mixing, mashing potatoes, and combining ingredients for cakes and cookies.
