Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.
Emptying the Dust Container
The DD1400 Dusty360 features a bagless design with a transparent dust container. Empty the container regularly, ideally after each use or when the MAX fill line is reached, to maintain suction power. To empty, detach the dust container from the main unit by pressing the release button, then open the bottom flap over a waste bin.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter
The HEPA filter is located inside the dust container. It is washable and should be cleaned regularly (e.g., once a week, depending on usage). Remove the filter, tap off loose dirt, and rinse under cold running water. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it into the vacuum cleaner. Do not use the vacuum cleaner with a wet filter.
Cleaning Attachments
- Washable Dust Mop: The microfiber dust mop can be removed from the floor nozzle and washed by hand or machine according to its care instructions. Ensure it is completely dry before reattaching.
- Motorized Turbo Brush: Periodically check the brush roll for tangled hair or debris. Use scissors to cut away any tangled hair and remove it.
- Other Attachments: Wipe clean with a damp cloth as needed.
