4. Setup

1. Placement: Place the heat mat on a well-drained, flat surface without standing water. For warmer mat temperatures, place it on an insulated surface rather than a cold floor.
2. Connect Thermostat: Plug the heat mat's power cord into the thermostat's outlet.
3. Connect to Power: Plug the thermostat into a 120V power source.

5. Operating Instructions

1. View Current Temperature: Press the 'Set' button once to view the current target temperature.
2. Set Target Temperature: Press and hold the 'Set' button for 3 seconds until the display flashes. Use the 'Up' and 'Down' arrows to adjust the desired temperature. Press 'Set' again to confirm.
