4. Setup and Installation

2. Hose Connection:
   • Identify the appropriate hose size (20mm, 25mm, 32mm, or 40mm) for your application.
   • Trim the stepped outlet connector to the desired diameter.
   • Securely attach your pond hose to the trimmed outlet using a hose clamp (not included) to prevent leaks. The outlet can be rotated for optimal hose routing.
3. Placement:

5. Operating Instructions

Once installed and connected to the power supply:

• Initial Start-up: Plug in the pump or switch on the power supply. The pump should start immediately, circulating water.
• Flow Adjustment: The flow rate is fixed at 10,000 L/hr. If reduced flow is desired, it must be achieved through external valves or flow restrictors in your plumbing system. Note that some external controllers may not be compatible and could cause erratic operation.
• Thermal Protection: The pump is equipped with a thermal resettable fuse. If the pump overheats (e.g., due to low water level, blockage, or prolonged dry running), it will automatically shut off.
