Constructed with commercial-strength, heavy-duty 16/3 SJTW cord, these string lights are built to withstand extreme temperatures and wet weather, ensuring year-round enjoyment. Each 30-foot set includes 10 light sockets spaced 3 feet apart, along with 10 decorative clear incandescent bulbs and 5 spare bulbs. A key feature is that if one bulb goes out, the rest will remain lit, ensuring continuous illumination. Installation is straightforward, and you can easily connect up to 13 sets end-to-end safely to cover larger areas.

Setup

Operating Instructions

• Dimmable Feature: These string lights are dimmable. To utilize this feature, connect them to a compatible dimmer switch (sold separately). This allows you to adjust the brightness to create the desired ambiance for any occasion.
• Connecting Multiple Sets: For larger installations, you can connect up to 13 sets of Feit Electric 72041 string lights end-to-end. Ensure the total wattage of all connected sets does not exceed the maximum rating of your power circuit.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the bulbs and cords with a soft, dry cloth. Ensure the lights are unplugged before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Bulb Replacement: If a bulb burns out, replace it with an 11-watt S14 incandescent bulb with an E26 medium base. Always ensure the string lights are unplugged before replacing any bulbs. Screw the new bulb in tightly to maintain the weather-resistant seal.
• Weather Resistance Check: Although designed for weather resistance, periodically check the integrity of the bulb seals and cord for any signs of wear or damage, especially after severe weather conditions. Ensure all bulbs remain tightly screwed in.

Troubleshooting

• Lights Not Turning On:
  • Ensure the string lights are securely plugged into a working power outlet.
  • Check if the outlet has power by plugging in another device.
  • Verify that all bulbs are screwed in tightly. Loose bulbs can prevent the entire string from lighting up.
  • Check your circuit breaker if multiple lights or appliances are not working.
