2. Safety Information

2.1 General Safety

2.2 Gas Safety

  • All burners are equipped with a thermocouple safety device that interrupts the gas flow if the flame accidentally extinguishes. This device activates within 3 seconds and remains active even without electrical power.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation when using gas burners.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Gas Hob Operation

  1. Ignition: Push and turn the corresponding control knob counter-clockwise to the maximum flame position. The under-knob ignition system will automatically spark.
  2. Flame Adjustment: Once ignited, hold the knob for a few seconds to allow the thermocouple to activate. Then, adjust the flame size by turning the knob between the maximum and minimum flame positions.
  3. Turning Off: Turn the control knob clockwise to the 'off' position.
  4. Triple Crown Burner: This burner provides a powerful and uniform heat distribution, suitable for large pots and rapid boiling.

5.2 Gas Oven Operation

  1. Ignition: Open the oven door. Push and turn the oven control knob to the desired temperature setting. The under-knob ignition system will spark.
  2. Preheating: Allow the oven to preheat to the desired temperature before placing food inside.
  3. Temperature Control: The oven temperature is regulated by the control knob.
  4. Oven Light: The oven is equipped with an internal light for visibility.
  5. Turning Off: Turn the oven control knob to the 'off' position.

6. Maintenance & Cleaning

WARNING: Always ensure the appliance is switched off and disconnected from the power supply before cleaning or performing any maintenance.

6.1 General Cleaning

  • Clean the exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, especially on stainless steel.
  • The tempered glass lid should be cleaned with a soft cloth and glass cleaner.

6.2 Hob Cleaning

  • Remove burner caps and pan supports. Wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
  • Clean the hob surface with a non-abrasive cleaner suitable for stainless steel.
  • Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.

6.3 Oven Cleaning

  • The oven interior features Titanium Enamel, which has low porosity to prevent dirt adhesion, making cleaning easier.
  • Clean the oven interior after each use once it has cooled down. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a specialized oven cleaner, following the product instructions.
  • The Titanium enamel is more resistant to acid attack compared to standard enamels, maintaining its shine and color.

7. Troubleshooting
