3. Package Contents
Verify that all items are present and in good condition upon opening the package. If any items are missing or damaged, contact customer support.

4. Setup and Installation
4.1 Physical Installation
The camera is designed for wall mounting. Ensure the mounting surface is strong enough to support the camera's weight (approximately 8 pounds or 3.6 kg) and withstand environmental conditions.
- Choose a suitable location for optimal surveillance coverage, considering power and network cable access.
- Securely attach the mounting bracket to the wall using the provided hardware.
- Mount the camera unit onto the bracket, ensuring it is firmly locked in place.
4.2 Power Connection
Connect the provided AC/DC power adapter to the camera's power input. The camera operates on 12 Volts and consumes approximately 36 watts.
4.3 Network Connection
The camera supports Wi-Fi connectivity and P2P (Peer-to-Peer) for easy remote access. For initial setup or stable connection, an Ethernet cable can also be used.
- Wired Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable from the camera to your network router or switch.
- Wireless Connection: Follow the instructions in the Videolink app (Section 6.1) to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) Control
The camera offers 360° endless pan and 90° tilt movement. Control can be performed via the Videolink mobile app or compatible desktop software. The camera also supports displaying physical absolute coordinates for precise positioning.

5.2 Auto Tracking
The auto-tracking feature allows the camera to automatically follow moving objects or individuals within its field of view. When motion is detected, the camera adjusts its pan, tilt, zoom, and focus to keep the subject centered and clear.

5.3 Motion Detection and Alarms
Configure motion detection zones and sensitivity through the camera's software. Upon detection, the camera can trigger an alarm, capture images, record video, and send email notifications.

5.4 SD Card Storage
Insert a micro SD card (up to 64GB) into the designated slot for local storage of recordings and snapshots. Configure recording settings (e.g., continuous, motion-triggered, scheduled) via the camera's interface.
5.5 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
The camera features a full-screen OSD menu for direct configuration of various settings, including camera parameters, network settings, and PTZ functions. Access the OSD menu via compatible software.

5.6 Image Configuration

6. Software and Application
6.1 Videolink Mobile App
The Videolink app provides remote viewing, control, and configuration of your camera from a smartphone or tablet. It supports P2P for easy setup.
- Download the Videolink app by scanning the QR code below or visiting http://app.icamra.com/app/downloads/videolink/index.html.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your camera and configure settings.

6.2 ONVIF Compatibility
The camera is ONVIF compliant, allowing integration with various third-party Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and video management software (VMS).

6.3 Software Development Kit (SDK)

7. Maintenance
7.1 Wiper Function
The integrated wiper helps maintain a clear view by removing dust, water droplets, and debris from the camera lens. Activate the wiper via the OSD menu or compatible software.

7.2 Automatic Heater and Fan System
The camera is equipped with an automatic heater and fan system to regulate its internal temperature. The heater activates in cold conditions (below -22°F / -30°C) and the fan activates in hot conditions (above 149°F / 65°C) to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

7.3 Fog Removal Function

7.4 General Cleaning

8. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the camera and a working power outlet. Verify the power source is active.
- No Video Feed: Check network connectivity (wired or Wi-Fi). Ensure the camera is properly configured in the Videolink app or other viewing software. Verify IP address settings if using a wired connection.
- Poor Image Quality: Clean the camera lens using the wiper function or a soft cloth. Adjust image settings (brightness, contrast, white balance) via the OSD menu or software. Ensure sufficient lighting for night vision.
- Auto Tracking Not Working: Ensure the feature is enabled in the camera settings. Verify there are no obstructions in the camera's view. Adjust motion detection sensitivity if necessary.
- SD Card Not Recording: Check if the SD card is properly inserted and formatted. Verify recording schedules and motion detection settings. Ensure the SD card is not full.
