Controls and Display

The alarm clock features a simple interface for ease of use. Refer to the image below for button identification.

  • SNOOZE-LIGHT Button: Located on top. Press to activate backlight for 6 seconds or to snooze a sounding alarm.
  • H Button: Used for setting hours.
  • M Button: Used for setting minutes.
  • TIME SET Button: Located on the back. Press and hold to enter time setting mode.
  • ALARM SET Button: Located on the left side. Press and hold to enter alarm setting mode.
  • ALARM ON/OFF Switch: Located on the right side. Slides to enable or disable the alarm.
  • Battery Compartment: Located on the back, requires 3 AAA batteries.

Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Gently remove the silicone protective cover from the clock.
  2. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the clock.
  3. Open the battery compartment cover.
  4. Insert 3 new AAA 1.5V batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  5. Close the battery compartment cover securely.
  6. Replace the silicone protective cover.

2. Setting the Time

  1. Press and hold the TIME SET button on the back of the clock. The hour digits will begin to flash.
  2. While holding TIME SET, press the H button (on top) to adjust the hour. Note the AM/PM indicator for 12-hour format.
  3. Release the H button when the correct hour is set.
  4. While still holding TIME SET, press the M button (on top) to adjust the minutes.
  5. Release the M button when the correct minutes are set.
  6. Release the TIME SET button to save the time.

3. Setting the Alarm

  1. Press and hold the ALARM SET button on the left side of the clock. The alarm hour digits will begin to flash.
  2. While holding ALARM SET, press the H button (on top) to adjust the alarm hour. Observe the AM/PM indicator.
  3. Release the H button when the desired alarm hour is set.
  4. While still holding ALARM SET, press the M button (on top) to adjust the alarm minutes.
  5. Release the M button when the desired alarm minutes are set.
  6. Release the ALARM SET button to save the alarm time.

Operating Instructions

Turning the Alarm On/Off

  • To activate the alarm, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch on the right side of the clock to the "ON" position. An alarm icon will appear on the display.
  • To deactivate the alarm, slide the ALARM ON/OFF switch to the "OFF" position. The alarm icon will disappear.

Using the Snooze Function

When the alarm sounds, press the large SNOOZE-LIGHT button on top of the clock. The alarm will pause for 8 minutes and then sound again. This can be repeated.

Activating the Night Light

To temporarily illuminate the display in low light conditions, press the SNOOZE-LIGHT button on top of the clock. The backlight will activate for 6 seconds and then automatically turn off.

Ascending Alarm Sound

The alarm features an ascending sound. When the alarm triggers, the beeping sound starts softly and gradually increases in volume and speed over several seconds to ensure effective waking without being jarring.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth.
  • For stubborn marks on the silicone cover, a slightly damp cloth can be used, then dry thoroughly.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or chemical sprays, as these may damage the clock's finish or internal components.

Battery Replacement

  • Replace batteries when the display becomes dim or the alarm sound weakens.
  • Always replace all three AAA batteries at the same time with new ones.
  • Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.
  • Remove batteries if the clock will not be used for an extended period to prevent leakage.

Troubleshooting
