Initial Setup

Setting the Time and Date

  1. In Timekeeping Mode, hold down the A button (top left) until the city code starts to flash.
  2. Use the B button (top right) and D button (bottom right) to select your home city code.
  3. Press the C button (bottom left) to cycle through the settings: DST (Daylight Saving Time), 12/24-hour format, seconds, hour, minute, year, month, day.
  4. Use the B and D buttons to adjust the flashing value.
  5. Press the A button to exit the setting mode.

Analog Hand Adjustment

If the analog hands do not match the digital time, perform the following steps:

  1. In Timekeeping Mode, hold down the D button until the hands start to move.
  2. Press D again to advance the hands by 20 seconds. Hold D to advance rapidly.
  3. Press the A button to synchronize the hands with the digital time.

Operating Modes

Your watch has several operating modes. Press the C button to cycle through them.

Timekeeping Mode

This is the default mode, displaying the current time, date, and day of the week.

Altimeter Mode

Measures and displays current altitude. Press the B button to enter Altimeter Mode.

Barometer/Thermometer Mode

Measures and displays atmospheric pressure and temperature. Press the D button to enter Barometer/Thermometer Mode.

Stopwatch Mode

Measures elapsed time. Press C to navigate to Stopwatch Mode.

Alarm Mode

Set up to 5 daily alarms. Press C to navigate to Alarm Mode.

World Time Mode

View the current time in 48 cities (31 time zones). Press C to navigate to World Time Mode.

Maintenance and Care

Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling, but not for scuba diving. Do not operate buttons while the watch is wet or submerged to prevent water ingress.

Cleaning

Wipe the watch with a soft, dry cloth. For resin bands, use a mild soap solution and rinse thoroughly with fresh water, then dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the watch's finish or materials.

Battery Replacement

The watch uses 1 Lithium Metal battery. Battery life varies depending on usage of features like the backlight and sensors. When the display becomes dim or functions become erratic, it indicates a low battery. Replace the battery at an authorized Casio service center to ensure proper sealing and functionality.
