Product Description

The STANLEY SAT3S is a compact rechargeable satellite work light. This ultra-bright LED delivers up to 1000 lumens with 18 ultra-bright LEDs; allowing you to illuminate even the darkest of work areas, whether at home, in a vehicle, camping, or during a roadside emergency or power outage. Features 3 panels that fold and pivot to give off light where needed so you can spread out to desired area or fold down to use as a flashlight. Includes 5 different modes of lighting: high, low, area (3 light panels only), all (uses all LEDs), or flashing. With a runtime of up to 6 hours, the Lithium Ion battery stays charged for up to 12 months without recharging. This spotlight includes 3 ways to charge using the two-way USB port, 12 volt DC charging adapter, or 120 volt AC charging adapter; all capable of also acting as a portable power station with a USB port for small electronics such as a cell phone, laptop, tablet, or other electronic device. The STANLEY SAT3S also features a magnetic base that mounts to metal surfaces and a stow away hook, allowing hands-free use where it is needed.

Setup and Initial Charging

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the device for approximately 3 hours to ensure optimal battery performance.

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the work light's USB port.
2. Use either the 12V DC charging adapter or the 120V AC charging adapter to connect to a suitable power source.
3. The battery indicator lights will show charging progress.

Battery Indicator

The device features an intelligent battery indicator display to show the current charge level:

• 25% charged: One blue LED illuminated.
• 50% charged: Two blue LEDs illuminated.
• 75% charged: Three blue LEDs illuminated.
• 100% charged: Four blue LEDs illuminated.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off and Light Modes

The STANLEY SAT3S offers 5 distinct lighting modes, cycled by pressing the power button:

1. Press once for High mode (main LED + all panels).
2. Press again for Low mode (reduced brightness).
3. Press again for Area mode (3 light panels only).
4. Press again for All mode (uses all LEDs).
5. Press again for Flashing mode (for emergencies).
6. Press once more to turn the device Off.

Adjusting Light Panels

The three light panels can be folded and pivoted up to 270 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically to direct light precisely where needed. They can also be folded down to convert the unit into a compact flashlight.

Power Bank Function

Charging External Devices

The STANLEY SAT3S can act as a portable power bank to charge your small electronic devices.

1. Connect your electronic device (e.g., cell phone, tablet) to the work light's USB output port using a compatible USB cable.
2. The work light will begin charging your device, indicated by the blue battery lights.

Mounting Options

Magnetic Base

The integrated magnetic base allows the work light to be securely mounted to metal surfaces for hands-free operation, such as under a car hood or on a metal workbench.

Stow-Away Hook

A convenient stow-away hook is included for hanging the work light from branches, ropes, tents, or other suitable supports, keeping your hands free.

Tripod Mount

The base also includes a standard 1/4" thread hole, enabling mounting on camera tripods or other compatible stands for elevated and stable lighting.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the device with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse in water.

Storage

Store the work light in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the battery is partially charged before long-term storage to maintain battery health.

Troubleshooting

Light Not Turning On

• Check battery charge level using the indicator lights. Recharge if necessary.
• Ensure the power button is pressed firmly and correctly.

Device Not Charging

• Verify the charging cable is securely connected to both the work light and the power source.
• Ensure the power source (adapter, outlet) is functional.

External Device Not Charging

• Confirm the work light has sufficient battery charge (at least 25%).
• Ensure the external device's charging cable is properly connected to the work light's USB output.
