- The close-up lens allows you to take photos from a distance of 35 cm to 50 cm.
- Attach the close-up lens by snapping it onto the camera lens.
- When using the close-up lens, aim the center of the viewfinder slightly to the right of the subject to compensate for parallax.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Camera

- For the lens and viewfinder, use a lens cleaning cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Storage
- Store the camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the camera will not be used for an extended period.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Camera does not power on. | Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted. | Replace batteries with new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. |
| Photos come out completely black. | Film compartment opened after loading, or exposure setting is too dark for conditions. | Ensure film compartment remains closed. Adjust exposure dial to a brighter setting (e.g., "Hi-Key" or "Sunny"). |
| Photos come out completely white. | Exposure setting is too bright for conditions. | Adjust exposure dial to a darker setting (e.g., "Indoor" or "Cloudy"). |
| Film does not eject. | No film loaded, or film jam. | Check film counter. If 0, load new film. If film is jammed, power off, gently open film door, and remove jammed film (note: film will be wasted). |
