Setup and Installation
- Preparation: Ensure the water supply to your shower is turned off. Remove your existing showerhead by unscrewing it counter-clockwise from the shower arm. Clean any old sealant or tape from the shower arm threads.
- Apply Plumber's Tape: Wrap plumber's tape (thread seal tape) clockwise around the threads of your shower arm 3-4 times. This helps prevent leaks.
- Install Magnetic Docking Bracket: Screw the new magnetic docking bracket onto the shower arm threads clockwise. Hand-tighten first, then use a wrench to tighten an additional 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Do not overtighten.
- Connect Hose to Bracket: Ensure a washer is inside the conical nut of the 60-inch metal hose. Screw this end onto the magnetic docking bracket. Hand-tighten securely.
- Connect Hose to Handheld Showerhead: Ensure a washer is inside the hexagonal nut of the 60-inch metal hose. Screw this end onto the handheld showerhead. Hand-tighten securely.
- Test for Leaks: Turn on the water supply and check all connections for leaks. If leaks occur, tighten the connections slightly.

Operating Instructions
Using the Magnetic Docking System
