Adding Engine Oil
Place the generator on a level surface. Locate the oil fill cap/dipstick. Remove the cap and, using the provided oil funnel, carefully pour the 10W30 motor oil into the engine until it reaches the upper mark on the dipstick. Do not overfill.
Adding Fuel
Use only fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Locate the fuel cap on top of the generator. Slowly add gasoline to the fuel tank, being careful not to overfill. Leave a small air gap to allow for fuel expansion. Ensure the fuel cap is securely tightened before starting.

Operating Instructions
Starting the Generator
- Ensure the generator is on a level surface and away from flammable materials.
- Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the 'ON' position.
- Turn the main switch to the 'CHOKE' position.
- Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
- Once the engine starts, slowly move the main switch to the 'RUN' position.
Connecting Electrical Devices
Plug your electrical devices into the appropriate AC or DC outlets. Ensure the total wattage of connected devices does not exceed the generator's running wattage. For sensitive electronics, ensure the economy mode is engaged for stable power output.
The Pulsar G2319N generators provide power for recreational vehicles and outdoor activities.
Economy Mode
The economy switch allows the engine speed to automatically adjust to the load, improving fuel efficiency and reducing noise. Turn the economy switch 'ON' for lighter loads or 'OFF' for full power output.
Parallel Operation
For increased power output, two Pulsar G2319N generators can be connected in parallel using a compatible parallel kit (sold separately). Follow the instructions provided with the parallel kit for safe connection.

Stopping the Generator
- Disconnect all electrical devices.
- Turn the main switch to the 'OFF' position.
- Turn the fuel cap vent lever to the 'OFF' position for storage.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and optimal performance of your generator. Always ensure the generator is turned off and cooled down before performing any maintenance.
Engine Oil Change
Change the engine oil after the first 20 hours of operation, and then every 100 hours or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Refer to the engine oil section in Setup for proper oil type and fill level.
Spark Plug Inspection/Replacement
Inspect the spark plug every 100 hours or annually. Clean or replace if necessary. Use the provided spark plug wrench for removal and installation.
Air Filter Cleaning
Check the air filter regularly and clean it more frequently in dusty conditions. A dirty air filter can reduce engine performance and increase fuel consumption.
Storage
For long-term storage, drain the fuel from the tank and carburetor, or add a fuel stabilizer. Store the generator in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
