Setup Guide
- Unfold the Tripod: Gently spread the tripod legs until they are fully extended and stable. Ensure the center brace is locked into place for maximum stability.
- Adjust Leg Height: Loosen the lever-locks on each of the 3-section legs. Extend the legs to your desired height, then firmly close the lever-locks to secure them. Refer to Figure 4 for height variations.
- Extend Center Column (Optional): For additional height, loosen the center column locking knob (Figure 3). Carefully raise the center column to the desired position, then tighten the knob to secure it. Note that extending the center column may reduce stability.
- Level the Tripod: Use the built-in bubble level on the tripod head (Figure 2) to ensure the tripod is perfectly level. Adjust the leg heights as needed until the bubble is centered.
Operating Instructions
- Attach Your Device:
- Locate the quick-release plate on the tripod head (Figure 2).
- Press the release lever to detach the plate.
- Screw the 1/4-inch universal screw on the plate into the tripod mount of your camera or compatible device. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Slide the quick-release plate with your device back into the tripod head until it clicks into place.
- Adjust Tilt and Swivel:
- Use the tilt and tighten lock handle (Figure 3) to adjust the vertical angle of your device. Loosen to adjust, tighten to secure.
- Use the control knob for 360° panning (Figure 3) to adjust the horizontal direction. Loosen to pan, tighten to lock.
Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the tripod with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: When not in use, collapse the tripod fully and store it in its zippered storage bag in a cool, dry place to protect it from dust and damage.
- Inspection: Periodically check all screws, knobs, and locks to ensure they are secure and functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting
