2. Product Overview

3. Setup and Assembly
3.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
3.2 Securing the Saw
Mount the mitre saw securely to a stable workbench using appropriate bolts and washers. Ensure the saw is level and does not wobble during operation.
3.3 Blade Installation
- Disconnect the saw from the power supply.
- Press the spindle lock button.
- Use the provided wrench to loosen the blade retaining bolt.
- Remove the outer flange and old blade.
- Install the new 210mm blade, ensuring the rotation direction matches the arrow on the guard.
- Replace the outer flange and tighten the retaining bolt securely.
- Release the spindle lock.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Adjusting Mitre Angle
To adjust the mitre angle, loosen the mitre lock knob. Rotate the turntable to the desired angle, indicated on the scale. Tighten the mitre lock knob firmly to secure the position.

4.2 Adjusting Bevel Angle
For bevel cuts, loosen the bevel lock lever located at the rear of the saw. Tilt the saw head to the desired angle (up to 45 degrees). Securely tighten the bevel lock lever.

4.3 Making a Cut
- Place the workpiece firmly against the fence and clamp it securely.
- Ensure the blade is clear of the workpiece before starting the motor.
- Press the trigger switch to start the motor and allow the blade to reach full speed.
- Slowly lower the saw blade through the workpiece.
- Once the cut is complete, release the trigger switch and allow the blade to stop completely before raising the saw head.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
Regularly clean the saw to remove sawdust and debris. Use a brush or vacuum cleaner. Do not use solvents that may damage plastic parts.
5.2 Blade Inspection
Inspect the saw blade before each use for sharpness, cracks, or missing teeth. Replace damaged or dull blades immediately.
5.3 Carbon Brushes
The carbon brushes may need periodic replacement. Consult a qualified service technician for this procedure.
