- When lifting, use both the top and side handles for balanced weight distribution, especially for heavier suitcases.
- Be cautious when navigating uneven surfaces with the wheels to prevent damage.
- Keep the suitcases away from extreme heat sources or open flames.
- Do not allow children to play with or inside the suitcases.

4. Initial Setup
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove all suitcases from their packaging. The smaller suitcases are nested inside the larger ones for efficient shipping. Inspect each suitcase for any signs of damage during transit. Remove any protective films or tags.
4.2 Setting the Combination Lock
Your suitcase comes with a pre-set combination of 0-0-0. To set your personal combination:
- Locate the combination lock on the side of the suitcase.
- The initial combination is usually 0-0-0. Ensure the dials are set to this combination.
- Find the small reset button or lever. This is typically a small, recessed button that needs to be pressed with a pen or a pointed object, or a small lever that needs to be moved.
- While holding the reset button/lever, set your desired 3-digit combination by rotating the dials. Choose a memorable number.
- Release the reset button/lever. Your new combination is now set.
- Test your new combination by scrambling the dials and then entering your new code to open the lock.
Note: There is no master key for this lock. If you forget your combination, you will need to try all 1000 possible combinations (000-999) or seek professional assistance to open the lock.

4.3 Attaching/Detaching Wheels (If Applicable)
Some models feature removable wheels for compact storage or replacement. If your wheels are removable, they typically click into place. To attach, align the wheel stem with the socket and push firmly until it clicks. To detach, locate the release button or lever near the wheel base and press it while pulling the wheel away.
5. Operation
5.1 Using the Telescopic Handle
Press the button on top of the handle and pull upwards to extend it. Release the button to lock it at your desired height. To retract, press the button again and push the handle down until it is fully nested.
5.2 Maneuvering the Suitcase
Thanks to the 360° spinner wheels, you can push, pull, or roll the suitcase alongside you with minimal effort. For optimal stability, especially on uneven surfaces, tilt the suitcase and pull it on two wheels.

5.3 Packing the Suitcase
Utilize the interior compartments, elastic straps, and mesh pocket to organize your belongings efficiently. Place heavier items at the bottom near the wheels for better balance. Secure items with the elastic straps to prevent shifting during transit.

6. Care and Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the hard-shell exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
6.2 Wheel Maintenance
Periodically check the wheels for debris (hair, lint, etc.) that might hinder their rotation. Clean them gently with a small brush or cloth. If wheels become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axle.
6.3 Storage
Store the suitcases in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For optimal space-saving, nest the smaller suitcases inside the larger ones.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Combination Lock Issues
- Lock not opening: Ensure you have entered the correct combination. If you forgot it, refer to section 4.2 for instructions on resetting (if applicable) or note that you may need to try all combinations.
- Dials are stiff: Apply a small amount of silicone spray to the dials and work them to loosen.
7.2 Wheel Issues
- Wheels not spinning smoothly: Check for tangled hair or debris around the wheel axle and remove it. Lubricate if necessary (see section 6.2).
- Wheels detaching unexpectedly: If your model has removable wheels, ensure they are securely clicked into place. If they continue to detach, inspect the locking mechanism for damage.
7.3 Zipper Issues
- Zipper stuck: Do not force it. Gently pull the fabric away from the zipper teeth and try to move the slider. A small amount of lubricant (like graphite from a pencil) can help.
