Setup

1. Initial Charge

Before first use, fully charge the work light. Connect the charging cord to the light's charging port and then to either the AC adapter for wall charging or the DC adapter for car charging. The light can operate while charging.

2. Inspection

Inspect the unit for any visible damage before use. Ensure all components are securely attached.

Operating Instructions

1. Powering On/Off and Brightness Adjustment

Locate the power switch on the side of the light. This unit features 2-way switching. Press the switch to cycle through brightness levels (if applicable) and to turn the light on or off.

2. Clamping the Light

The integrated clamp allows the light to be securely attached to various objects. Press the green button on the side of the clamp to open the jaws. Position the clamp onto the desired surface and release the button to secure it. Ensure the clamp has a firm grip before releasing the light.

3. Adjusting the Light Head

The light head pivots left, right, and rotationally. Gently adjust the head to direct the light precisely where needed. Avoid excessive force when adjusting the pivot mechanism.

4. Using the Free-Standing Feature

When clamping is not possible, the work light can stand freely on a flat surface. Ensure the base is stable to prevent tipping.

5. Using the Fold-Out Hook

For hanging the light, extend the fold-out hook located at the top of the unit. Hang the light from a suitable support.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

Wipe the exterior of the light with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Ensure the charging port is free of dust and debris.

2. Battery Care

The unit uses a Lithium Polymer battery. For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Recharge the light regularly, especially if it has been stored for an extended period.

3. Storage

Store the work light in a cool, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

  • Light not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the light to a power source and try again.
  • Light not charging: Check that the charging cable and adapters are securely connected. Try a different power outlet or USB port. Inspect the charging port for any damage or obstruction.
  • Pivoting mechanism is stiff or broken: The pivoting mechanism is designed for smooth adjustment. Avoid applying excessive force. If the mechanism becomes stiff, try to gently work it. If it breaks, discontinue use and contact customer support.
  • Reduced brightness or short battery life: The battery may be nearing the end of its lifespan or may not be fully charged. Ensure the light is fully charged before use.
