Operating Instructions
Starting the Generator
Ensure the generator is placed on a level surface outdoors, away from windows and doors, to prevent carbon monoxide buildup. Select your desired fuel source (gasoline or propane) using the fuel selector switch. For electric start, turn the ignition switch to 'ON' and press the electric start button. For recoil start, pull the recoil cord firmly.
Connecting Appliances
The generator features one 120V 30A RV outlet (TT-30R), one 120V 30A locking outlet (L5-30R), and two 120V 20A household outlets (5-20R). Connect your appliances using appropriate extension cords. The Volt Guard built-in surge protector helps prevent overloads.
Monitoring Power Output
The Intelligauge display allows you to monitor voltage, hertz, and run-time hours, providing crucial information for power output and maintenance scheduling.
Safety Precautions
Always operate the generator outdoors in a well-ventilated area. Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless gas that can be fatal. Never operate the generator indoors or in partially enclosed spaces. Keep children and pets away from the operating unit.

Oil Changes
Perform the first oil change after 5 hours of operation. Subsequent oil changes should be done every 50 hours or annually, whichever comes first. Use 10W-30 engine oil.
Air Filter Inspection
Inspect the air filter every 50 hours or annually. Clean or replace if dirty to ensure proper engine performance.
Spark Plug Maintenance
Check the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Clean or replace if necessary to ensure reliable starting.
Storage
When storing the generator for extended periods, drain the fuel system or add a fuel stabilizer. Store in a dry, protected area. The generator's foldaway handle and never-flat tires make transport and storage convenient.
