4. Setup and Connection
The inverter can be connected to your vehicle's 12V DC power source using either the cigarette lighter plug or the battery clamps.

4.1. Connecting via Cigarette Lighter Plug (Up to 150W)
- Ensure the inverter's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Insert the cigarette lighter plug into your vehicle's 12V accessory socket.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the inverter's DC input terminals, ensuring correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative). Tighten the terminals securely.
- This method is suitable for devices consuming up to 150W, as most vehicle 12V ports are rated for this limit.
4.2. Connecting via Battery Clamps (Up to 600W)
- Ensure the inverter's power switch is in the OFF position.
- Connect the red battery clamp to the positive (+) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black battery clamp to the negative (-) terminal of your vehicle's battery.
- Connect the other ends of the cables to the inverter's DC input terminals, ensuring correct polarity (red to positive, black to negative). Tighten the terminals securely.
- This method allows the inverter to deliver its full rated power of 600W.
Important: Always tighten the Positive (+) and Negative (-) terminals when the inverter is in use. A loose connection can overheat due to poor contact and cause damage.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Powering On the Inverter
- After connecting the inverter to your 12V power source, ensure all connections are secure.
- Flip the main power switch on the inverter to the ON position. The power indicator light should illuminate.
5.2. Connecting AC Devices
- Plug your AC device(s) into the 110V household electrical outlets on the inverter.
- Ensure the total wattage of all connected AC devices does not exceed 600W.
5.3. Using the USB Charging Ports
- Connect your USB-powered device (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to one of the 5V/2.1A USB charging ports.
- The inverter will automatically detect and provide the optimal charging current up to 2.1A per port.
5.4. Powering Off the Inverter
- Disconnect all AC and USB devices from the inverter.
- Flip the main power switch on the inverter to the OFF position.
- Disconnect the inverter from the 12V power source.
6. Maintenance
6.1. Cooling Fan
The inverter features a built-in cooling fan that operates automatically to prevent overheating. Ensure the fan intake and exhaust vents are clear of obstructions at all times.
6.2. Fuses
The inverter is equipped with two replaceable 40A fuses for protection against overloads and short circuits. If the inverter stops working, check the fuses. To replace a fuse:
- Disconnect the inverter from all power sources and devices.
- Locate the fuse holders on the rear of the inverter.
- Carefully remove the old fuse and insert a new 40A fuse.
- Ensure the replacement fuse is of the correct rating. Using an incorrect fuse can damage the inverter or connected devices.
6.3. Cleaning
Wipe the exterior of the inverter with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the vents free of dust and debris.
7. Troubleshooting
