1. Introduction

The Pyle PPHP152BMU is a versatile, high-powered portable PA loudspeaker system designed for a wide range of audio applications. 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the speaker system and all accessories from the packaging. Ensure all components listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.

2.2 Charging the Battery

Before initial use, fully charge the built-in rechargeable battery. Connect the power cable to the speaker's power input and then to a standard AC outlet (110/220V selector available). The 'CHAR/FULL' indicator light will show charging status. A full charge typically takes approximately 8 hours. The battery provides up to 3 hours of non-stop play.

2.3 Powering On/Off

Locate the 'POWER' switch on the rear control panel. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the unit. Flip it to 'OFF' to power down.

2.4 Positioning the Speaker

The speaker can be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a compatible 35mm pole stand (not included) for optimal sound dispersion. Utilize the retractable handles and caster wheels for easy movement and positioning.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 Bluetooth Wireless Streaming

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.).
  3. Search for available Bluetooth devices and select 'PYLE SPEAKER' from the list.
  4. Once paired, the speaker will confirm the connection, and you can begin streaming audio wirelessly.

3.2 USB Flash & SD Memory Card Readers

  1. Insert a USB flash drive or SD memory card (up to 32GB) containing MP3 audio files into the respective slot on the rear control panel.
  2. The system will automatically detect the media and begin playback.
  3. Use the digital display screen and touch button audio controls (Play/Pause, Skip, Repeat) to manage playback. The display shows song number and play time.

3.3 Microphone and Guitar Input

  1. Connect a microphone or guitar to the 1/4-inch input jack.
  2. Adjust the 'MIC VOL' knob to control the microphone volume.
  3. Use the 'ECHO' knob to add an echo effect to the microphone input.
  4. The 'GUITAR VOLUME' control (if applicable, or use Master Volume) adjusts the guitar input level.

3.4 FM Radio Operation

  1. Switch the input mode to FM radio using the mode button on the control panel.
  2. Use the 'Auto Scan' function to automatically search and store available radio stations.
  3. Navigate through stored stations using the track skip buttons.

3.5 Audio Controls

  • Master Volume: Controls the overall output volume of the speaker.
  • MIC VOL: Adjusts the volume level of the connected microphone.
  • ECHO: Controls the intensity of the echo effect for the microphone.
  • 5 Band Music Channel EQ: Allows for fine-tuning of the audio frequency response (bass, mid-range, treble) to suit your preferences.
  • RCA (L/R) Input/Output: For connecting external audio sources or linking to other audio equipment.

4. Maintenance

4.1 Cleaning

Wipe the speaker's exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the finish. Do not allow liquids to enter the speaker's openings.

4.2 Battery Care

To prolong battery life, fully charge the unit before storing it for extended periods. If the unit is not used regularly, charge it every 3-6 months to maintain battery health. Avoid completely draining the battery frequently.

4.3 Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and excessive humidity. Keep it covered to protect against dust.
