Setup

Before first use, wash all components with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.

  1. Positioning: Place the slicer on a clean, dry, and stable surface. The non-slip silicone feet will help keep it steady.
  2. Adjusting Thickness: Locate the thickness adjustment dial on the side of the slicer. Rotate the dial to select your desired slicing thickness. There are 5 different settings available. Ensure the blade is securely locked into the chosen position before slicing.
  3. Prepare Food: Wash and peel (if necessary) the fruit or vegetable you intend to slice.
  4. Attach Food Holder: For safe operation, always attach the food holder/pusher to the food item. Press the food item firmly onto the spikes inside the food holder.

Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for effective and safe slicing:

  1. Hold Securely: Hold the slicer firmly by the handle with one hand.
  2. Position Food: With the food item secured in the food holder, place it on the top of the slicer's V-blade.
  3. Slice: Apply gentle, even pressure and slide the food holder down the length of the slicer, across the V-blade. The V-blade design allows for smooth, consistent slices.
  4. Repeat: Lift the food holder and repeat the slicing motion until the food item is fully sliced or too small to safely continue.
  5. Safety Lock: When finished, always return the thickness adjustment dial to the "lock" position to cover the blade for safe storage.
