Setup

1. Speaker Placement

Optimal speaker placement is crucial for an immersive surround sound experience.

  • Center Speaker: Place directly above or below your TV, centered.
  • Front Speakers (Left & Right): Position on either side of your TV, equidistant from the TV and the main listening position.
  • Rear Speakers (Surround Left & Right): Place behind the main listening position, slightly to the sides. These connect to the wireless receiver module.
  • Subwoofer: Place on the floor, preferably in a corner or near a wall for enhanced bass response.

2. Connecting Speakers

Use the provided color-coded speaker cables to connect each speaker to the main unit and the wireless receiver module.

  1. Connect the front, center, and subwoofer speakers to their corresponding color-coded terminals on the back of the main unit.
  2. Connect the rear speakers to the wireless receiver module using the color-coded terminals on the module.
  3. Plug the wireless receiver module into a power outlet. The module will automatically pair with the main unit.

3. Connecting to TV and Other Devices

Connect the main unit to your TV and other audio/video sources.

  • HDMI Out: Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI OUT port on the main unit to an HDMI IN (ARC recommended) port on your TV. This provides video to your TV and can return audio from the TV if ARC is supported.
  • Digital Audio (Optical): If your TV does not support HDMI ARC, connect an optical cable from the DIGITAL AUDIO IN (OPTICAL) port on the main unit to the optical audio output on your TV. This is necessary for TV audio to play through the home theater system.
  • USB: For media playback from USB storage devices.
  • FM Antenna: Connect the provided FM antenna for radio reception.

4. Power Connection

Plug the power cord of the main unit into a wall outlet.
