5. Setup
5.1 Initial Cleaning

- Remove the water tank from the back of the machine.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Preparing Espresso or Lungo
- Ensure the water tank is filled.
- Lift the lever and insert a Nespresso capsule. Close the lever.
- Place a cup under the coffee outlet. Adjust the cup support if needed.
- Press the Espresso button (small coffee cup icon) for approximately 40ml, or the Lungo button (large coffee cup icon) for approximately 110ml.
- The machine will stop automatically.
- After brewing, lift the lever to eject the used capsule into the container.
6.2 Preparing Milk-Based Recipes (Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato)
- Fill the water tank.
- Fill the milk tank with fresh cold milk up to the 'MAX' level. Attach the milk tank to the machine.
- Adjust the milk froth regulator dial to your desired froth level.
- Lift the lever and insert a Nespresso capsule. Close the lever.

To prepare hot milk froth without coffee:
- Ensure the milk tank is filled and attached.
- Adjust the milk froth regulator dial.
- Press the 'Hot Milk Froth' button (steam icon). The machine will dispense hot milk froth into your cup.
